Welcome to the Gateway Centre, a purpose-built Community Centre and Nursery situated in Harlow, Essex in the heart of the Staple Tye community.  The range of activities based within the centre are primarily focused on family support alongside affordable and quality child care, plus training and personal development opportunities. The Centre houses the Gateway Nursery, the Gateway After Schools & Holiday Club and is the home of  Gateway Freedom Church .  As well as providing a range of activities for the local community, the Centre also has rooms and facilities available for hire by business and community groups for meetings, conferences and social events.

The Gateway Centre was built in 2004 to provide facilities for the local community and the surrounding area.  The Centre provides a multi-purpose facility and has been likened by many to a 'Tardis' as the outside appearance belies the range and size of the facilities within. The Centre was developed through active involvement and advice from the local community by Gateway Freedom Church.
